How often do I need cleanings if I have gum disease?

Short Answer: You may need cleanings every 3–4 months to manage bacteria and keep the disease under control. We’ll create a schedule for your needs.

Gum disease is caused by plaque buildup that leads to inflammation, bleeding, and eventually bone loss if untreated. Early stages can be reversed with proper care.

We’ll assess your gum health during every visit and guide you through next steps if treatment is needed.
